Refunds & Exchanges

Online Returns: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products shipped to you. All online sales are final.

In-Store Exchanges: If you bought a book online and wish to exchange it, you may do so in-store only at Salted Books (Calçada do Marquês de Abrantes, 96, Lisbon) within 14 days of receiving your order. The book must be completely unread and in pristine condition. If the spine is creased or the cover is bent, we won't accept it. 

Damages: If your order arrives damaged due to a shipping mishap, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@saltedbooks.com with clear photos of the packaging and the damaged book. We will assess the situation and make it right.
